You’re about to leave

We’ll redirect you to MoneyHelper. If you exit the service now, you’ll need to sign in again using GOV.UK One Login to view your pensions.

Are you sure you want to leave?

betaThis is a new service. We're still building and improving it.

MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard

See your pensions in one place with our free, secure government-backed service. Plus, see how much you could get when you retire.

How it works

It takes you about 10 minutes to sign in with GOV.UK One Login, or 25 minutes if it's your first time.

  1. Prove your identity using GOV.UK One Login. You can set up an account with One Login as part of this service.

  2. Enter your National Insurance number, if you have one. You can still proceed without one.

  3. See all the pensions that match your details, including your estimated income when you retire.

You’ll need

  • your current address

  • your National Insurance number, if you have one

It’s usually easier to prove your identity with GOV.UK One Login if you have:

  • a mobile phone with a working camera

  • photo ID

But you can prove your identity in other ways. See a full list of ways to prove your identity with GOV.UK One Login (opens in a new window) .

Some pensions may not be included

We’re still connecting new pension schemes on a regular basis. However, you will not see pension schemes that:

  • you’ve already taken or you’re receiving money from, including those in pension drawdown

  • are workplace schemes with fewer than 100 scheme members, unless the provider connects to the Pensions Dashboard voluntarily

  • are administered outside the United Kingdom

  • are managed by the Pension Protection Fund (PPF), including the Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS).

You will not see your State Pension if you’ve passed State Pension age, even if you have not claimed it yet.

Providers may not be able to send us information in certain circumstances. In most cases, the Dashboard will provide more details on why this information isn’t showing.

Your data

We’ll share the information that you or GOV.UK One Login give us with pension providers, schemes, and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to find your pensions.

More about how we use your data

When we get your information back from pension providers, schemes or the DWP, we store it while you are using the Pensions Dashboard and for up to 30 days after that.

We do securely store some pseudonymised data in order to make the service work. This is when your data is given codes or tokens, so you cannot be directly identified.
